Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and prepare meat for sale.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Use knives and other tools to cut meat according to customer specifications.
- Weigh and package meat for sale.
- Ensure that all meats are stored properly.
- Maintain inventory of meats and supplies.
