TITLE: Specialty Sales Rep
CLASSIFICATION: This position is Commission based (no cap) projected to earn in the range of $75,000 - $105,000 & Incentive, Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Supplier Manger of Specialty
Purpose of position: To provide sales assistance to accounts while maximizing and promoting sales of Wine & Spirit brands to accounts through effective account management, sales execution, and communication. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and accounts.

Willing to travel within Donaghy Sales Market, potential overnights

Knowledge of Wine and Spirits – Training Provided (Wine Varieties & Spirit Varieties)
Ø Highly self-motivated and results orientated with the ability to set priorities, coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, and be attentive to details
Ø Strong selling and negotiation skills
Ø Responsible for volume growth, increase distribution, monitor competitive prices, and shelf space management
Ø Build business relationships with and present professional sales presentations using sales histories.
Ø Attend sales and team meetings as directed by management along with daily interaction with managers to discuss sales issues
Ø Participate in evening and weekend promotions as necessary

Skills, knowledge, and abilities: (these are required to enable job holder to perform the essential functions of the job).
Ø Proficient in Office (word, excel, power point)
Ø Ability and willingness to work flexible and long hours
Ø Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Ø Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ø Able to understand and read invoices, load sheets, job orders installation and setup instructions
Ø Ability to calculate simple math functions
Ø Ability to move products weighing up to 165 lbs. as well as hang merchandise
Ø Ability to climb ladders
Ø Ability of repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs. overhead), bending, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and twisting
Ø Pushing and pulling up to 340 pounds on a two-wheeler
Experience and Education Requirements: Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record. One (1) year of sales experience in the beverage industry preferred.
Working Conditions: Moderate physical exertion, exposure to inclement weather, and exposure to fumes and noise from vehicle.
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility; walk, stand, and sit for prolonged periods of time; frequent stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, and twist; push, pull, lift, and/or carry moderate to heavy amounts of weights; operate assigned equipment and vehicles; and verbal communication to exchange information.
Requirement: Personal vehicle usage will be required to travel between, Fresno, the coast, and up North. Insurance compliance will be necessary, attached is the Motus Policy.
