Donaldson Company, Inc., is seeking Assemblers to join their team in the Cresco, IA area! If you have experience in manufacturing, construction, or a production environment, we want to hear from you!

As a member of the Donaldson Company, you can expect:

• Excellent Compensation: Earn up to $50,000 your first year depending on experience. Hourly pay starts at $22.20/hr for 2nd and 3rd shift (includes shift differential) $20.70/hr for day shift
• Overtime Pay: Saturday overtime is paid at time in half and Sunday overtime is paid as double time!
• Fourteen (14) paid holidays!
• Full Benefits Package: Including Medical plans that cost is 85% covered by employer, dental, disability, 401k with match out to 6% in addition to an annual company contribution, 2 weeks of PTO to start!
• The shifts available are as follows – typically Monday through Friday schedules:
• 2nd Shift - 2:00pm to 10:00pm
• 3rd Shift - 10:00pm to 6:00am

Responsibilities:

• Ability to read, understand and identify blueprints and materials needed for each job
• Understand and follow work instructions as applicable
• Trim pleat packs (if required)
• Set up and operate glue dispensers as required
• Seam pleat packs using one-part epoxy
• Operate ovens
• Provide support in other areas when required
• Operate pleat compactor machine to compact pleat packs (if necessary)
• Comply with standard work practices and SOPs
• Meet quality expectations, inspect work for conformance, initial and date Shop Tags
• Segregate nonconforming or suspected nonconforming material real time and notify supervisor
• Keep area organized and clean
• Complies with all EHS and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and procedures
• Ability to use a PC; blueprints; pleater machines; pleat compactor machine; ovens; basic hand tools
