POSITION SUMMARY:

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effectively closes the restaurant location
• Ensures restaurant cleanliness, cleans, and mops lobby, restrooms, and kitchen as needed
• Greets and warmly welcomes customers with a smile upon arrival, whether inside the lobby or at the drive-up window
• Performs job duties on front counter, drive-thru window, curbside pickup, food preparation stations (dough, make, sauce and cheese, etc) as required.
• Completes food preparation, stocking, and pre-topping pizzas (ready for revenue)
• Sets the next shift up for success by completing food prep, stocking prep-tables, and freezer pulls
• Accurately enters food orders into register, gives direction to the guest and creates a fun and friendly atmosphere
• Folds pizza boxes
• Effectively communicates with guests, co-workers, and managers in person or over the telephone
• Is hospitality driven and follows up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Offers suggestive sell items to customers to complete the meal
• Offers to refill drinks, provides plates and napkins as needed and answers guest questions
• Accurately handles cash; gives guest correct change, balances register prior to and directly after the shift with Manager
• Follows all food safety guidelines including handwashing, illness reporting and cleanliness
• Follows detailed food recipes while completing subs, pizzas, and salads for guests

Availability Requirements

• Year-round Closing shift availability
• Close Shift - 4pm or 5pm to restaurant close (close time will vary by restaurant)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education

• No requirements

Work Experience

• Customer Service experience is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position safely while meeting productivity standards
• Able to stand and/or walk entire shift
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Occasional bending and twisting
