Summary
Prepares all documentation for sales of vehicle and works directly with customer for signing of proper paperwork.
Essential Duties
· Prepare auto purchase documents for sold vehicles
· Receipt payment for all down payments, outside lien checks, and cash deals
· Ensure all information is gathered at time of closing to secure trade titles
· Able to answer all questions customers have regarding the purchase of their vehicle i.e. titles & registration, payments to inside lien holder, product information, product cancellations, deal pages
·Support and answer questions from sales staff, titles dept, and accounting
·Work with finance department to ensure funding is handled in a timely manner
·Release vehicles for delivery or shipping once deal is funded
·Note file when in car, paid in full, and release title so file may be closed
·Package inside finance deals to lien holder for funding
·Note all deals appropriately to ensure proper information will reflect on reports and any issues that all staff should be aware of for follow up
·Monitor all reports to ensure customer is in car, payment has been received, and title has been released
·Other tasks as assigned
