Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources allocation
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and resolve any issues
- Review and approve contractor bids and proposals
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints
Skills:
- Proficient in construction management software such as ProCore and Prolog
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating and budgeting
- Familiarity with contract management and negotiation
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schematics
- Experience with project scheduling and time management
- Proficient in using Bluebeam or similar software for document management
- Knowledge of Civil 3D or other CAD software is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams
