Responsibilities :
Administrative Duties :
- Manage and organize medical records and confidential information.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, professionally.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and other financial tasks.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Must be a fast typer, good listener, excellent note taker.
Personal and Domestic Duties :
- Perform light cooking and meal preparation.
- Handle grocery shopping and other errands requiring the use of the vehicle.
- Conduct light cleaning and organizing around the home.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Provide companionship and support for daily activities.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role, preferably in the medical field.
