The Part Sales-Customer Service position is a full time, benefit eligible position in our Salt Lake City, Utah Offices.
Job Duties
- Provide customer phone support for spare part orders
- Prepare order quotes
- Order entry and management of spare parts orders
- Identification of spare parts needed
Required Skills
- Intermediate Skills with office computer programs such as Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interface with customers, both on the phone and via email
- Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems and customer order processes
- Experience reading mechanical prints and hydraulic schematics to identify various parts preferred
Experience Required
- Some experience in industrial parts customer service/customer support role
- Knowledge of ski lift industry/components helpful
