Dosentrx’s VP Sales will be an experienced leader responsible for our organization’s sales efforts. You will work with the senior executive team to determine and set those sales goals for the month, quarter, year, and beyond, and create strategies to reach them. You will also work closely with the product and marketing teams.
The role requires both leadership skills, an insight into market trends, and the ability to bring those both together.You will love this job if you are a natural relationship and business builder.

· Develop strategies relating to the company’s market, products, services, and sales goals.
· Identify where improvements can be made and develop sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
· Work with executives to determine and execute sales plans to meet organizational needs.
· Set quarterly and annual sales goals.
· Track, analyze, and present sales metrics to senior leadership
· Facilitate current client relationships and work to grow new ones
· Analyze market trends and plan sales strategies accordingly
· Review customer activity, anticipate their needs, and improve overall satisfaction.

· Extensive experience and a strong track record of success in both sales and senior leadership, preferably in the medical field.
· Previous success in building, scaling and leading high-performing sales teams.
· Robust leadership abilities and an innovative, entrepreneurial attitude
· In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
· Knowledge of and insight into market trends
· A team player that thrives in helping others succeed.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

· Familiarity with CRM platforms
· Strong analytical skills
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
