**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in daily operations, staff management, and customer service to ensure the smooth running of our boutique medical office. They will be trained to transition to full management duties.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff performance
-take phone calls and handle scheduling and patient inquiries
- coordinate and manage medical technicians to assist staffing of clinic and procedure days
- Manage medical record ensure accurate documentation
- Handle referrals to outside offices and transmitting medical records

- Proven experience in administrative tasks and service excellence
- Strong skills in training development and team management
- Proficiency in customer satisfaction and organization
