Job Title: Associate Attorney and Attorney (Workers Compensation)

Location: Woodland Hills, CA

Annual Salary: up to $130k DOE

Our client is searching for a Workers' Comp Defense firm seeking an Attorney with a min of 1 to 5 years of Workers' Compensation experience. Ideal candidates must have strong communication, litigation, and writing skills. Applicants must be in good standing with the California Bar Association.

Job Duties:

• 1 to 5 years as an Attorney
• Must have experience working on the plaintiff side
• ·Workers Comp or Defense experience is a huge plus
• ·Support injured person
• ·Handle civil cases and experience with depositions
• ·Pre litigation experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
