What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Success Consultant position at Double Line, Inc.?
(This position is open to candidates residing in Texas. We work remotely, but we have an office location in Austin, TX for use at our employees' convenience. We have no plans to return to the office on a mandatory basis.)

You'll listen intently to feedback, and we'll strategize on how we present approaches to meet our clients’ evolving technical needs. Sound interesting?
If so, we're looking for a hard charger like you, who can:
- Establish new relationships and nurture them into lifelong clients, keeping them “sticky” by choice – be the client’s voice within Double Line
- Work with existing clients to identify opportunities for our account executive team
- Leverage our excellent execution to create a network of referenceable clients
Bonus points if you're bringing knowledge of or really want to learn the following:
- Technology Services or other consultative sales
- Working with clients to create long-term visions and strategies
- K-12 education, higher education, and not-for-profit organizations
We do not want you to make the leap without knowing what we need, so here is how we define success for this position:
- Maintain a book of business with an 85% health score
- Contribute to a team Net Promoter Score (NPS) score of 50
- Qualify sales opportunities for a 48% existing customer growth metric
