General Description:
Performs quality assurance activities of departmental files and processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards and applicable regulations.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Perform quality assurance audits and reviews as assigned; audits and reviews may apply to verbal and/or written communications and documentation.
- Review and prepare quality assurance files and timelines as assigned.
- Monitor audits for completion.
- Assist in planning, testing, and reporting phases of departmental quality initiatives.
- Perform systems and reports reconciliations.
- Analyze findings for trends and prepare and present reports and make recommendations for appropriate corrective actions; collaborate with applicable departments to analyze necessary process or procedure changes.
