RESPA Liaison

Transfer & Conversion - Bulk

General Description:

Effectively facilitate the transfers of loans from subservicing clients of Dovenmuehle to other servicers/companies.

Responsibilities - Include, but are not limited to:

• Process RESPA letters in mass as required via LPS MSP system or MS Word Mail Merge.
• Organize and process multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate the scheduling of transfers to forecast the timeframes for new projects.
• Respond to all client issues and concerns.
• Manage and communicate information related to vendors and servicing departments.
• Report all client related issues to management.
• Assist in other areas of Transfers and Conversions as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Two years general office and / or college experience required.
• Word and Excel experience necessary.
• Knowledge of loan regulations and documents a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical and follow up skills required, ability to meet strict time frames.
• Must be detail minded and able to work efficiently in volume-driven environment.
• Strong communication and business skills required.
• Applicant should be goal oriented and have initiative.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Some College is preferred
• Experience working for either a Financial Institution, Bank or Mortgage company preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The employee is regularly required to communicate (give/receive information) through multiple methods of communication. The employee is frequently required to stand or walk (or otherwise move through the organization); sit; use hands to type, write, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee may occasionally climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; or lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. The noise level is usually moderate and typical of an office environment. The employee may be required to use a variety of standard office equipment, including computer keyboards and monitors, phones, printers, etc.
