WhatYoullDo :
o PreeventPreparation : Ensure DPAC readiness by setting up tables and chairsverifying restroom cleanliness and conducting buildingwalkthroughs.
o CustomerService : Provide exceptional service to guests during eventsassisting with inquiries andneeds.
o MonitoringSystems : Oversee HVAC to maintain safety and comfort for guests andperformers.
o Reporting : Generate nightly reports detailing event activities and maintenanceneeds.
o Minor Repairs : Address minor issues during events and coordinate repairs asnecessary.
o Supervision : Oversee cleaning personnel to ensure thoroughness and promptresolution of missedareas.
o FacilityMaintenance : Perform light cleaning and general maintenance tasksasrequired.
o EmergencyResponse : Coordinate emergency repairs duringevents.
