What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Advocate position at DPHR?

The Customer Advocate will receive orders, requests for quotes, and lead times from customers.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 8:30PM to 5:00PM

Responsibilities

  • Receive purchase orders from customers
  • Input orders into Microsoft Dynamics
  • Acts as first point of contact for customer inquires
  • Resolve product problems, delivery and other issues by clarifying customer's complaint
  • Communicating and coordinating with other departments to resave issues
  • Build and maintain business relationships to build customer loyalty
  • Performs other related duties, as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • High level of excel knowledge
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain good customer relations.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn database and ordering systems.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in customer service or order processing required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
