DecisionPathHR is hiring for Cutter Operator in the Huntersville area!
The Cutter Operator work safely and efficiently to meet production goals while producing a quality product. Follow guidelines set up for the equipment to ensure that the material is being processed according to standard.
Details:
- Monday-Friday, 3:00PM – 11:00PM & 7:00PM - 7:00AM
- Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
Responsibilities:
- Ability to trouble shoot machinery issues while setting up and running machine
- Ability to independently set up and operate cutting table
- Must have an “Eye for Quality”; being able to recognize defects and deal with them according to the standards that are in place.
- Ability to communicate with team members and management
- Problem solving skills
- Notify the relevant departments or manager about any issues or discrepancies.
- Ability to read and comprehend work orders and cut sheets
- Check work for accuracy and take order to next workstation
- Must be an organized individual and be attentive to details
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to incorporate new and effective ways to achieve better results.
