Responsibilities
- Responsible for drafting, updating, optimizing Facilities Preventive Maintenance (PM) job Plans including data entry updates in the CMMS.
- Facilitate Subject Matter Expert (SME) review and approval of all revision-controlled PM schedules and Task Plans and will work with SME to identify equipment JRA for linking to the safety website from the task plan instructions.
- Communication across multiple groups is required.
- Organize meetings as needed (in person/Zoom) to gather information from Maintenance System and Methods (MSM), Facilities, Safety
- Document meeting minutes and action items. Manage action items
- Update project tracker and report out periodically to Facilities and Safety teams
- Resource will need to attend 2 days of New Hire Orientation in Framingham, MA.
- Resource will train on approximately 10 Sanofi SOPs before performing the work
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Database Management/Data entry.
- Ability to organize and prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Oral and written communication skills
- Work proficiently with Microsoft office products
- Ability to meet requirements in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Good Documentation Practice (GDP
- Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required. Will consider US domestic travelers and relocation.
- Experience using Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Experience in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
