Candidate must be energetic, people person, positive, self starter, punctual, reliable, organized, detail oriented, and have a strong work ethic. We are looking for a candidate that wants to find a home and career here with us in optical. Additionally, we are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills.
Some duties will include answering multi-line phones, making appointments, coordinating patient flow, welcoming patients, confirming appointments, obtaining insurance authorizations, scanning files, some filing, and more. Candidate's responsibilities will grow in time.
