We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and skilled front office person to join our dental team. This person should be efficient in a moderately-paced environment, knowledgeable in dentistry, enjoy interacting with patients, and have good business administration skills. Responsibilities:
- Answer phones with a smile and be courteous
- Schedule appointments.
- Prepare patient information forms.
- Computer saavy (microsoft word, dental software programs, etc.)
- Keep appointment logs and records.
- Be knowledgeable with dental insurances, answer insurance questions.
- Maintain, update and manage patient files.
- Assist with all billing questions and collect on accounts
- Be able to discuss treatment plans
- Other office duties as needed for a smooth and efficient business and reception area.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
