Territory Marketing Sales Manager
Target-oriented, bilingual (english | spanish) and experienced Sales Manager, oversees company sales operation of an assigned territory, managing representatives in the areas. Serves as main connection between regions and Sales Director.
Is responsible for training and coordinate regional sales managers, experiential managers and area coordinators. Proactive and pragmatic, fully oriented to results, develop effective sales strategies, and ensure that sales quotas are met.
Main responsibilities
- Ensure that sales targets are achieved
- Identifying unmet customer needs
- Regularly submitting sales reports to the sales director
- Traveling throughout territory to train and guide sales teams in regions
- Tracking of KPI’s, assuming responsibility for their team preparedness and performance
- Recruiting and managing the right talent as needed
- Keep updated of the latest industry trends, conducting research, understanding their region, and taking the lead on shaping successful sales strategies, between other responsibilities and activities related
Skills
- At least bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Fully English Spanish Bilingual
- Leadership Skills
- Experience 6 years in a similar job
