As a Fraud Manager, you will lead the Online Gaming and Fantasy Sports Fraud team in Las Vegas and manage day-to-day operations to ensure industry-leading performance and compliance with all regulations. WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A FRAUD MANAGER:
Manage and lead a team to support the day-to-day Fraud Operations function as part of our Fraud Monitoring (Fraud Operations) team.
Act as the point of contact for escalations on suspicious accounts identified by the Fraud Operations Team
Serve as a subject matter expert to assist the verticals including MIMO (Money-in and Money out) / Monitoring/ Support and monitor efforts and provide recommendations.
Manage SLAs on reporting requirements as part of our regulatory obligations.
Own and oversee Fraud procedures, QA guidelines, and training programs to support onboarding, training, and development of Fraud Analysts.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and optimize alerts to increase detection of suspicious transactions and improve transaction monitoring within Fraud Operations.
Work with our technical teams to design analytical methodologies and potential monitoring scenarios for risk mitigation.
Maintain knowledge of upcoming industry risks, regulatory changes, emerging risks, and trends to pivot rapidly.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Business Management.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or Casino industry, ideally with experience in a Financial Crimes Unit or equivalent.
Experience with managing and training a Fraud Team.
Knowledge of laws and regulations related to Fraud and the ability to apply this knowledge in assessing transaction activity; Knowledge of monitoring of high-risk customer accounts is preferred.
Proven track record in conducting Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (EDD).
Excellent communication and writing skills to operate across multiple departments and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Enterprise Tools; Intermediate Knowledge in SQL is preferred.
