Production Technician Job Description:

Dragonfly is proud to be Utah’s first fully vertically integrated cannabis company, meaning we hold licenses in cultivation, processing/extractions, and retail sales. Currently, we are searching for new team members to join our Cannabis Processing team to help our ever- expanding growth in the cannabis industry and our vision to empower patients.

Requirements:

· Valid state-issued government ID
· Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
· 21 years of age
· Must be able to pass a background check
· Must have reliable transportation

In order to be hired must pass a background through the state. This costs are $150 for the agent card and approximately $30 for fingerprints. Make sure you keep your receipts, and we will reimburse you upon your completion of the 90 day probationary period.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Follow health and safety standards
· Maintain a clean workstation and production floor
· Must be able to adapt to various production methods
· Must be able to adjust techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality
· Work with a sense of urgency
· Follow production guidelines and specifications
· Finalize and package products
· Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment
· Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products
· Working on the production line and meeting production targets
· Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty
· Store goods and raw materials properly
· Performing other tasks as assigned
· Assist other departments as needed
· Clean and organize station and tools at the end of every shift
· Record all time worked accurately, promptly, and honestly
· Comply with company policies
· Perform daily destruction and waste outs

· Be able to work well with others, as well as independently.
· Punctuality: Showing up on time and ready for work every day
· Maintain a good standard of personal hygiene within processing center grounds
· Maintain focus, quality, and productivity while working
· Attention to detail

Schedule:

· Monday - Friday: 7AM- 3:30PM

Experience:

· Cannabis 1 year (Preferred)
· Production 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
