We are looking to hire a full time motivated and energetic individual to lead our leasing team at a large apartment complex. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast paced office, juggle various tasks, and work well within a team. The candidate should be able to lead and motivate a team and manage the leasing floor.
What you can expect to do in this role:
- You will be the first point of contact with prospective residents and current residents.
- This position will tour, qualify and sell the property's features to prospective residents.
- Manage the leasing, closing, and move-in process with our new residents.
- Identify the wants and needs of prospective residents.
- We look to you to use your customer-friendly personality as well as your ability to diffuse/resolve difficult situations while nurturing relationships.
- Using your strong administrative and computer skills, this position will manage various tasks, such as
- Stay on top of vacancies and upcoming move-outs to set goals and or run specials.
- managing lease files, updating necessary paperwork and computer systems, completing marketing/advertising tasks, updating social media sites, etc.
- Manage a team of leasing agents to ensure they are following up on all leads, following all processes correctly and following company policy and the leasing floor is always professional and occupied.
- Ensure fair housing rules are being followed
- Weekends and some evenings may be required.

- Experience using property management accounting software is preferred.
- Your ability to manage several tasks at once while remaining detailed and well-organized.
- Good follow up is necessary so our customers feel their needs are recognized and met.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
What is required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Some leasing experience.
