Concierge Services

THIS NOT REMOTE

We are looking for a reliable roofing concierge member to work in our office. You will be the first to greet our customers over the phone so the first impression of our service depends on your friendliness and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be a smart and trustworthy individual able to provide excellent customer service and handle all customer concerns. The goal is to ensure our clients are well informed throughout the roofing project that is being installed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers upon executed contract completion
• Act as the point of reference for clients who need assistance or information
• Understand customer’s needs and provide them with personalized care related to their project
• Complete / upload project intake forms and necessary financial documents / photos
• Maintain constant contact with clients according to project milestones
• Answer the phones and have the ability to multitask
• Contact customers to retrieve necessary photos or documents that were missed during the sales process in the home.
• Work directly with Townships and Finance Partners to ensure project folders are complete

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service and has some level of phone/call center experience
• Proficiency in English; multilingual is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
• Ability in multitasking and time-management
• Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
• High school diploma; degree, solar experience or relevant field will be a plus

Additional Information

• Salary: $16 an hour
• 9-5 Monday-Friday
• Option to be on call/ work from home Saturdays
