This is a full-time position providing administrative support the Los Angeles branch location of a large residential remodeling construction company. It is a busy role which requires a strong sense of organization, order, and communication. Responsibilities will include auditing projects and contacting customers regarding their project to verify job details and variables.
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to answer and route phone calls
- Good communications skills
- Strong mathematical skills
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
- Great customer service skills both internal and external
- Strong computer skills including MS Office/Excel

Compensation: $20 - $24/hr DOE
