Schedule our Licensed technicians! Join a team of six that is responsible for the implementation of all DRF's scheduling and routing. Support the operations team by providing optimal routing solutions in order to increase the efficiency of our technicians. Come join our dispatch team and help plan the daily routes for our licensed installers and send job lists to our partner technicians. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and use their problem-solving skills. Training/Dispatch is in Plainfield, IL

Scheduling / Routing Specialist responsibilities:

  • Schedule installations, typically same day or next day
  • Create daily routes for our employees
  • Update or change routes as we schedule additional same day jobs
  • Send job lists to our partners
  • Confirm appointments with customers
  • Input notes into the company computer system
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Audit customer paperwork; correct missing information
  • Run payments in multiple systems
  • Drive positive outcomes for all customer service issues
  • Resolve escalated customer issues
  • Work closely with the sales team and permit team

Successful Routing / Scheduling Specialist qualifications:

  • Problem solving skills

  • Ability to thrive with changing priorities
  • Great communication skills
  • Empathy
  • Ability to work as a team
  • 3 years' experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Type 35 WPM
