Roles & Responsibilities:
- Find attract and building relationships to acquire new sellers to our platform
- A blend of new business development and account management
- Guide them through the whole onboarding process
- Train them on the platform, best practices for optimum success selling on the platform.
- Be the sellers first point of contact for any thing they need to be successful.
- Respond to any issue and coordinate with customer service to solve any sellers problems promptly
- Provide ideas and best practices to help sellers increase sales volume and profit margins
Required Non-Negotiable:
- 2 years B2B account management experience.
- Current Collector experience
