That's Nice, But What's the Job?

In short, as the Redemption Specialist, you will create solutions for our customers to reinstate their loan while providing excellent levels of customer service.

In long, you will :

• Provide excellent customer service to customers who need assistance in reinstating their vehicle and loan
• Contact or attempt contact with customers with repossessed vehicles.
• Determines customer's ability and desire to reinstate their vehicle
• Advises customer of any & all required stipulations, past due amounts inclusive of payments, late charges and all other related fees to complete the reinstatement
• Maintain positive working relationships and communication with the operations team during the reinstatement process
• Presents customer with solutions, options and programs to promote repeat business
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management.
• A mind for the details. Okay we know detail-oriented is on about every job description but we really mean it!

The Specifics

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of customer service and / or collections experience on the phone preferred
• Professional and persuasive communication and negotiation skills
• Value and embrace diversity
• Must be comfortable working on site and have availability weekdays from 8am-5pm. This team works out of our Operations Center in the Mesa area (Power Rd & 60 Freeway)
