Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities, including but not limited to quoting and selling new insurance policies that meet our Commercial and Personal Lines niche markets.
- Prospect and build a client pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals through in-person networking, online strategies, social media usage, and other proven marketing methods.
- Establish and maintain respectful and effective relationships with clients, vendors, and carriers to improve client retention.
- Contribute to the growth of the assigned book of business through cold calling, account expansion, and referrals.
- Adhere to agency guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Promote teamwork, support, knowledge sharing, and a positive attitude.
- Commit to exceeding internal and external performance standards.
- Participate in training opportunities to stay current on industry information, new product developments, legislation, coverages, and technology, including professional development and continuing education required for valid licensing.
