Job Requirements:


As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition Team in successfully recruiting candidates for all open positions.

What you're expected to do (Responsibilities):

  • Assist with placing and tracking advertisements on job boards, college resource centers, website and trade magazines, etc.
  • Conduct and coordinate resume review, schedules for interviews
  • Assist with research on additional resources for advertisements opportunities
  • Assist with coordinating College Career Fairs - applications, attendees, etc.; Participate in College Career Fairs
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Team on maintaining compliance tracking logs – resumes, interviews, and new hires.
  • Conduct resume search through websites (LinkedIn. Social Media, and job boards)
  • Respond to candidates following an interview process
  • Assist with updating weekly open positions list

Requirements for position:

  • Four (4) years of human resource experience with an emphasis on recruiting or two (2) years of agency recruiting.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; human resources or related major preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience providing full life cycle recruiting for a variety of professional, administrative, and field positions. A&E experience is a plus.
  • Must be professional and possess a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with others and communicate effectively at all staff levels.
  • Strong computer skills with experience in Word, Excel, Outlook a must; talent management software a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
  • Advanced knowledge of social media and internet recruiting
  • Position requires a minimum of 40 hours a week with the possibility of overtime and some travel.
  • Valid driver’s license with approved/acceptable driving history required.
