Job Requirements:
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition Team in successfully recruiting candidates for all open positions.
What you're expected to do (Responsibilities):
- Assist with placing and tracking advertisements on job boards, college resource centers, website and trade magazines, etc.
- Conduct and coordinate resume review, schedules for interviews
- Assist with research on additional resources for advertisements opportunities
- Assist with coordinating College Career Fairs - applications, attendees, etc.; Participate in College Career Fairs
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Team on maintaining compliance tracking logs – resumes, interviews, and new hires.
- Conduct resume search through websites (LinkedIn. Social Media, and job boards)
- Respond to candidates following an interview process
- Assist with updating weekly open positions list
Requirements for position:
- Four (4) years of human resource experience with an emphasis on recruiting or two (2) years of agency recruiting.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; human resources or related major preferred.
- Demonstrated experience providing full life cycle recruiting for a variety of professional, administrative, and field positions. A&E experience is a plus.
- Must be professional and possess a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with others and communicate effectively at all staff levels.
- Strong computer skills with experience in Word, Excel, Outlook a must; talent management software a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
- Advanced knowledge of social media and internet recruiting
- Position requires a minimum of 40 hours a week with the possibility of overtime and some travel.
- Valid driver’s license with approved/acceptable driving history required.
