What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Management Office Administrator position at DRRS LLC.?

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Answering and transferring phone calls.
  • Creating material purchase orders for job sites received from jobsite personnel and during pre-construction phase.
  • Create awarded jobs in jobsite management software (ProCore) and subsequently in QuickBooks.
  • Coordinate site visits schedule for field staff to include setting up lodging and alternative modes of transportation when needed.
  • Maintain jobsite management software (ProCore) to ensure data is being entered properly by field staff.
  • Coordinating building material deliveries to the job sites.
  • Provide support to the project managers.
  • Managing insurance for current projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Projects, Teams, etc.).
  • Must be highly organized & detail oriented with ability to analyze & solve a variety of different challenges.
  • Ability to manage & prioritize multiple tasks and while meeting deadlines.
  • Construction experience a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • On call
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Duluth, GA 30097: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)
  • English (Required)
