What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Management Office Administrator position at DRRS LLC.?
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Answering and transferring phone calls.
- Creating material purchase orders for job sites received from jobsite personnel and during pre-construction phase.
- Create awarded jobs in jobsite management software (ProCore) and subsequently in QuickBooks.
- Coordinate site visits schedule for field staff to include setting up lodging and alternative modes of transportation when needed.
- Maintain jobsite management software (ProCore) to ensure data is being entered properly by field staff.
- Coordinating building material deliveries to the job sites.
- Provide support to the project managers.
- Managing insurance for current projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Projects, Teams, etc.).
- Must be highly organized & detail oriented with ability to analyze & solve a variety of different challenges.
- Ability to manage & prioritize multiple tasks and while meeting deadlines.
- Construction experience a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
