Remarketing Analyst

Essential Job Functions:

• Administrative management of sales to purchasing customers
• Receiving customer Purchas Orders and ensuring all details of sale are accurate and PO’s are filed correctly in Teams/SharePoint
• Gathering invoice packet material and sending to customer via email utilizing established verbiage template
• Ensuring timely payment from customers without payment terms
• Maintain sales logs in SharePoint with accurate and up-to-date information
• Assisting customers with questions regarding invoicing
• Researching issues reported by purchasing customers regarding their orders and creating/issuing any correlating credits
• Administrative management for Liquidation Events
• Creating file management system in Teams/SharePoint for each new event
• Creating sales files for the Asset Recovery team utilizing excel templates
• Tracking and recording all sales/bids
• Analyzing bids and notating best course of action for final order submissions (to be reviewed with Director of Remarketing Services and CFO)
• Creating final POs to send to manufacturer
• Analyzing and invoicing received goods for each event and produce “Shortages Report” for the Asset Recovery team
• Working with our proprietary software to maintain manufacturer updates on product detail and adjustments, including formatting data in Excel templates
• Various reporting including weekly sales, inventory updates, special projects and tracking
• Preplanning with the Operations management team and providing work instruction clearly and effectively
• Coordinating inbounds/logistics with the Director of Transportation and Shippers
• Account management with Manufacturer partner
• Communicating and addressing issues with any sales or logistics
• Submitting any opportunity orders/sales with all relevant details
• Tracking/assisting with coordination of inbounds to our Alcoa facility
• Maintaining specific ship-to/from documents in Teams/SharePoint

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Strong oral and written communication
• Strong problem solving, decision making and critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills with attention to detail
• Strong computer skills with focused experience in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Ability to multitask and perform with a strong sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
