DE Receiver
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Ensure daily tasks are completed effectively and efficiently in the Receiving Department.
Manage the receiving of inventory using company approved processes.
Preparation of company receiving documentation per company guidelines and needs of the store Administrative Assistant.
Direct Stockers to ensure proper pricing and product placement on sales floor and back stock locations as directed by Store Director. Ensure employees understand department processes and the importance of maintaining an organized and safe sales floor and backroom.
Move merchandise to the sales floor and within the warehouse utilizing proper equipment (pallet jack, 2 wheel, 4 wheel, 6 wheel dollies and rolling platforms)
Assist team in assembly of large medical supplies
Develop and maintain positive employee and customer relationships while addressing customer service needs or questions.
Support overall company initiatives and growth strategies.
Additional store specific duties as needed or required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong Leadership abilities to include; clearly conveying information and directions, delegation abilities to ensure timely completion of work functions
Excellent time management skills
Organize with an attention to detail
Proactive with the ability to multitask
Strong listening skills and able to manage and motivate others
Proven customer service focus
High School diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 1 year working in retail warehouse. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs regularly during an 8 hour shift.
