If yes, then join us in our important mission to drive healthcare innovation and raise the level of health and well-being worldwide! As a Design Thinking Specialist with the Global Operations team, you will:
Be responsible for the framework and product design.
Build on and continue to optimize the existing body of customized design-thinking frameworks created at DIA.
Design and develop novel, attendee-centered design-thinking frameworks, employing the most appropriate methodologies for each situation according to feedback from the DIA team and from Volunteers.
Design and deliver Facilitator briefings, including development of resource materials.
Develop business-cases for monetization of new session formats.
Format and homogenize outcomes from design-thinking sessions.
Liaise with online gallery provider and marketing team to upload and share results with participants.
Follow-up with participants to collect and analyze data on the use of shared outcomes, and issue recommendations based on those insights.
Conduct market research to continuously scout for emerging trends and technologies and understand how they might be integrated into our business and innovation pipeline, focusing on the learning/information exchange needs of DIA and its customers.
Prepare briefings and help prepare business cases for technology acquisition as needed.
To join us, you should have:
Bachelors degree required in instructional design, experience design, or life sciences. Masters degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in User Experience, Experience Design, or related disciplines
Proven track record in developing design-thinking frameworks and using design-thinking techniques to help teams solve problems.
Experienced user of learning tools and virtual whiteboard software such as Mural, Miro is strongly desired.
Prior experience in events and in facilitating sessions in person is required (ideally also virtually).
The ability to speak English fluently while speaking other European languages are a plus.
