If yes, then join us in our important mission to drive healthcare innovation and raise the level of health and well-being worldwide! As a Project Specialist (Digital Event and Annual Meeting Support) with the Operations team, you will:
Serve as the main user on behalf of the Meeting Operations team for our association management system, Sitecore, Survey Monkey, and other systems including learning management and a community platform.
Support execution of virtual/digital and onsite events including meeting set up in our systems (set meeting details to enable accurate display in our marketing materials and website as well as registration pages)
Coordinate all Solution Provider Webinars from set up to execution of the virtual and on demand meetings and reporting.
Provide support for Specialty Meetings and events including creation and maintenance of standard processes and procedures, templates, evaluation forms, online surveys, and summary reports.
Provide support for the Global Annual Meeting travel and Short Course portfolio.
Ensure accurate and professional appearance of website landing pages for specific meetings.
Work cooperatively and cross-functionally to set up virtual events, webinars, and support other events.
To join us, you should have:
High school diploma
Minimum of 3 years of experience.
Experience with Microsoft Window and Microsoft Office Suite required; experience with Zoom, AMS Personify or other association management system, Marketo or other marketing automation tool, and Photoshop a plus.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and communication with all stakeholders.
Able to analyze existing processes, gather input from multiple sources make recommendations for process improvement, and implement changes.
Able to interact effectively and appropriately in a global environment with individuals of various organizational levels (up to C-level), professions, and cultures.
Some overnight domestic travel required
