If yes, then join us in our important mission to drive healthcare innovation and raise the level of health and well-being worldwide! As a Project Specialist (Digital Event and Annual Meeting Support) with the Operations team, you will:

  • Serve as the main user on behalf of the Meeting Operations team for our association management system, Sitecore, Survey Monkey, and other systems including learning management and a community platform.
  • Support execution of virtual/digital and onsite events including meeting set up in our systems (set meeting details to enable accurate display in our marketing materials and website as well as registration pages)
  • Coordinate all Solution Provider Webinars from set up to execution of the virtual and on demand meetings and reporting.
  • Provide support for Specialty Meetings and events including creation and maintenance of standard processes and procedures, templates, evaluation forms, online surveys, and summary reports.
  • Provide support for the Global Annual Meeting travel and Short Course portfolio.
  • Ensure accurate and professional appearance of website landing pages for specific meetings.
  • Work cooperatively and cross-functionally to set up virtual events, webinars, and support other events.

 

To join us, you should have:

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Window and Microsoft Office Suite required; experience with Zoom, AMS Personify or other association management system, Marketo or other marketing automation tool, and Photoshop a plus.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and communication with all stakeholders.
  • Able to analyze existing processes, gather input from multiple sources make recommendations for process improvement, and implement changes.
  • Able to interact effectively and appropriately in a global environment with individuals of various organizational levels (up to C-level), professions, and cultures.
  • Some overnight domestic travel required
