JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Coordinator will help execute content strategy in support of our internal constituents toward achieving their business development goals. The coordinator will also partner with internal teams to coordinate and curate consistent and clear internal communications that inform employees and fuel awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, well organized, and attentive to detail and possess exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills. The ability to successfully gather information, obtain answers from various sources, and understand the process for creating various forms of content will be important. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: •Create and post content for company’s social media accounts including Facebook and LinkedIn. •Develop and manage digital marketing plan - social media, video, employee engagement. •Create and maintain a social media strategy. •Performs social media audits and communicate data points. •Supporting the creative services manager, assist in the development of marketing materials, newsletters, email blasts, and project summaries. •Assist with the creation and management of project proposals, timelines, and content for brochures, websites, customer presentations, special promotions, and tradeshow collateral. •Assist the sales team with content for RFQ’s and proposals. •Manage lists and segment database for specific campaigns. •Track high-profile/flagged projects and managed the database for the creation of new project abstracts. •Maintain project abstract library, team resumes, and other assets used in bids/proposals. •Maintain MER Brand Guide and company brand standards across all materials. •Assist with logistics of tradeshow/event participation. •Write articles and/or press releases for a variety of communication mediums– distribute once approved. •Create and distribute company newsletters. •Perform other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree required with a major in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • Some experience in marketing, communications, writing, social media. • Proven team player, with an ability to multitask, with excellent oral communication skills, written communication skills, customer relations, and professionalism. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer operations: • Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator experience desired • Graphic Arts capabilities desired Moran Environmental Recovery is a federal contractor and will comply with federal mandates as well as client requirements related to COVID vaccinations.
