The Operations Manager will work closely with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of products to customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees in the distribution center
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Analyze and optimize distribution center processes and systems
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and shipping of products
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of orders and shipments
- Monitor and track inventory levels and demand forecasting
- Collaborate with logistics and customer service departments to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor and control budget and expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, as well as safety and security protocols
Qualifications:
