Responsibilities:
- Manage daily Quality Assurance activities at the plant
- Organize and report information pertaining to QA department functions
- Establish & maintain communication of quality programs and issues across all departments
- Coordinate and process Return Material Authorizations and Supplier Material Rejections
- Engage with customers to address quality-related matters
- Continuously review quality processes, identifying areas for improvement
- Lead the development and implementation of ISO 9000 standards
- Oversee audit processes
- Train personnel on quality processes
- Establish production quality plans for inspection hold points
- Undertake other duties and projects as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Quality Disciple (or equivalent work experience)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience within manufacturing
- Familiarity with Lean concepts
- Experience with Kaizen methodology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop training materials and conduct employee training
- Proficiency in project management
Salary : $95,200 - $121,000
