Role
The HR Administrator’s responsibilities are multifaceted: this role is an integral support to the day-to-day activities of the HR department and the company as a whole. Our ideal candidate has solid organizational skills, a discerning eye for detail, familiarity with HR functions, and a strong interest in employee culture and engagement.
The primary responsibilities for this position are:
- Ensure accuracy of employee data on all HR systems
- Manage recruiting process, which includes soliciting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, collecting interviewer feedback, maintaining job postings on the website and LinkedIn, and keeping candidates and new hires informed.
- Prepare offer letters, coordinate signature collection, and archive fully executed contracts on Ironclad and Box
- Ensure that onboarding and offboarding processes run smoothly
- Collaborate with Finance to assist in timely and accurate payroll preparation twice a month
- Partner with Marketing to maintain consistent email signatures across the company, to customize business cards (Adobe Illustrator), and to update branding and messaging on DSPC’s Indeed and Glassdoor pages
- Oversee DoorDash for Work program, which provides employees coming into the office with a daily lunch stipend
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive HR reports, as well as assist in audits and other compliance activities
- Assist the COO in spearheading new OKR performance management system
- Initiate and design employee engagement activities

Requirements and skills
- Work experience as an HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HiBob), payroll systems (ADP WFN), applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse).
- Ability to use Excel to organize, analyze, and track employee data
- Familiarity with labor laws, HR procedures, and policies
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, strong initiative, and a follow through attitude
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelors in Human Resources Management or relevant field
