About our Internship Program:
The Summer Internship Program is a unique and challenging 10-week experience for diverse, talented, high-performing individuals interested in different aspects of the financial and technology industry. Contingent upon business needs, performance and completion of degree, our internship serves as a pipeline to our full-time early-career program EDGE.

- A flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The impact you will have in this role:
The Institutional Trade Processing (ITP) Business Management team, under Clearing & Securities Services (CSS), involves a number of activities to support the management of the DTCC ITP Business. The ITP Intern will be responsible for designing, developing, and operationalizing processes to support the conversion of Legal and Client Onboarding word documents into smart forms. Building this automation will streamline the process and reduce the risk of error. Strong technical and analytical skills are required. The intern will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other departments to understand requirements and interdependencies.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Understand the current workflow and establish new ways to improve processes
- Work with cross-functional teams (i.e. Client Services, Sales, Legal, etc.) to determine and write requirements
- Document the new process workflow(s)
- Develop, convert, document, and rollout the new automated forms
- Raise risks and/or concerns as applicable

Qualifications:
- Candidates must be working towards a bachelor’s degree in the following curriculums: in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or Business & Technology Management or any related field
- Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
- Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA upon graduation
Talents Needed for Success:
- Must demonstrate superior analytical and communication skills
- Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
