The impact you will have in this role :
Being a member of the Systemic and Credit Risk Management Team, the Executive Assistant will primarily be responsible for general administrative and clerical support activities relative to supporting the Team’s Executives, as well as coordination and performance of multiple tasks within the department. The Executive Assistant maintains a high degree of professionalism and discretion in addition to possessing strong organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to anticipate and address needs of the team. The successful associate will be detail oriented and self-motivated to bring improvements to the department as they are identified. Finally, this person will work with and coordinate a wide range of people and job levels, both internally and externally, and should have strong communication and influence skills.
Your Primary Responsibilities :
- Manage daily calendar adjustments as needed ensuring continuity with manager on changes made
- Ensure that the leader is prepared for meetings by providing applicable documents in advance of the meetings to allow for sufficient review
- Coordinate business travel arrangements, including the timely preparation and submission of expense statements
- Plan recurring on-site department events, client meetings, etc. ensuring all corresponding logistics are efficiently handled in advance
- Perform general office tasks, including mail distribution, time keeping and ordering supplies for the department, ensuring that this activity remains within budget
- Contribute administrative support for a wide array of diverse projects
- Provide administrative site support for other members of the team and external visitors
- Perform other administrative duties, as assigned Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; raises concert appropriately
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or associate degree preferred, or equivalent experience 5 years’ corporate administrative assistant experience, with a minimum of 2 years supporting senior executive level, or C-Suite, required
Talents Needed for Success:
- Demonstrate excellent PC skills with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project Manager, Access), corporate travel sites)
- Experience working with purchase orders, payments, and employee management systems
- Keen organizational ability and attention to detail
- Professional corporate business acumen, and ability to communicate effectively and with discretion at all levels
- Exhibits self, audience, and situational awareness with high degree of emotional quotient \ emotional intelligence
