Demolition Operator is skilled at operating heavy equipment for residential demolition projects. Candidate should have previously worked in a construction or demolition environment as a heavy equipment operator and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties & Expectations:
- Site prep for new homes; Cut new home foundations using an excavator, backfill new home foundations, grade driveways and landscape area
- Daily check fluids, wear parts, tires, glass and general condition of the machinery assigned to use

- Qualifications
- Must have valid license
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must have 3 years minimum experience operating machinery
- Knowledge and competency with each machine type
- Earthwork and grading experience utilizing machinery for a variety of tasks including mass earthwork, loading of hauling vehicles, placing materials, compacting, moisture conditioning and fine grading
