What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Printer position at DTG2GO, LLC?
General Description:
- Login your ID number, open the app and select printing
- Gets garments as per pick ticket (check color, size, style & Qty)
- Must know the colors
- Carefully load garment into Kornit table make sure garment is flat and collar inside table
- Be precise and reach production goals
- Check the quality of the print for streaking, fade, off center/crocked, ink damage/stain, holes etc
- Carefully remove garment and place into dryer. Place empty bin with ticket in the conveyor same side.
- Clean heads and blades and also change ink if needed
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities -

Pull t-shirts from inventory and place matching work order barcode on garment
Restock inventory
Print garments using DTG printer and web-based portal
Perform quality check of printed garments
Fold garments
Print shipping labels and package product for delivery
Requirements -
- Work quickly
- Ability to walk/stand 8 hours per day
- Ability to lift 20 pounds
- Computer literate
- Have reliable transportation
- Ability to work overtime frequently
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
