The Job
The Customer Service Representative is a full-time position reporting to Customer Service Director
Responsibilities
- Customer Service responsibilities including but not limited to: answering calls and emails to promptly satisfy customers requests.
- Develop House accounts and identify up-selling opportunities.
- Document Customer Experience - ticket flow to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Work with demanding clients to resolve all issues to their satisfaction.
- Call new clients on a daily basis to welcome them and explain services.
- Assist the President with special projects as needed.
- Assist all sales representatives with requests.
- Some key accounts management functions including intercompany related.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-Task
- Prior outbound sales experience helpful
