Manage, plan, develop and implement the sourcing and recruitment of all positions to create/provide a strong pipeline of talent. Collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to determine needs, assess candidates, and assist with offers of employment. This position will source prospective employees, advertise job postings, attend and support job fairs, review applications for minimum qualifications, schedule phone interviews, perform comparative analysis among candidates for positions and manage the entire selection process.
Responsibilities:
· Proactively identify qualified candidates for current or planned positions with emphasis on searching for and creating a pool of potential talent (vs. waiting for candidates to apply) throughout the country.
· Collecting relevant data about qualified candidates and building/maintaining a list of potential candidates.
· This position will also be responsible for identifying sourcing channels such as job board, social media sites, alumni associations, recruitment databases, professional organizations and networking and maintaining data to determine the most effective sourcing methods.
· Advises management on the process for identifying and selecting candidates.
· Makes recommendations and participates in the planning and organizing of selection methods and efforts.
· Acts as internal consultant by analyzing and recommending the best sourcing channels for the type of position to be filled.
· Ensures selection actions are in compliance with established policies and procedures. Prepares and maintains special internal and external reports and provides data to senior management.
· Provides interpretation of laws, rules, policies, etc.
· Uses experience and knowledge of sourcing and selection best practices to collaborate with and advise clients and HR leadership on processes and strategy.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a directly related field.
· At least three (3) years of recruiting experience. Experience must have included the following content areas: full life cycle recruitment and selection, management coaching and consultation, job evaluation, compensation analysis, sourcing candidates, application of employment law, and applying staffing plans.
· Must be able to work independently, take initiative and predict needs.
· Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and thoroughly to all employee populations and levels of management verbally and in writing.
· Proven ability to perform full life-cycle recruitment efforts and usage of social media sourcing to assist clients with recruitment and selection efforts.
· Exemplary critical thinking/problem solving skills: ability to research, collect and analyze data and provide recommendations; ability to synthesize, interpret, and report on complex or technical information, use intuition and experience to complement data.
· Excellent organizational skills: the ability to set and track goals and timetables to achieve maximum productivity.
· Strong negotiation and customer service skills
· Knowledge of Paylocity preferred
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is primarily sedentary, but occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, light lifting (up to 20 pounds) and squatting.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
