An administrative assistant provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. They support executives, managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to)
Answering and directing phone calls
Organizing schedule
Maintain files
Prepare reports
Manage office supply inventory
Book travel arrangements
Greet visitors
Take dictation
Document processes
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Detail oriented
Organized
Work Environment
This position is a hybrid position. Working times may include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
