Marketing Associate

Dublin Youth Athletics (DYA.com) is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our administrative team as a full-time Marketing Associate. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of youth sports in Dublin, Ohio with a firmly established community organization. DYA (Dublin Youth Athletics) is strongly committed to giving area youth the opportunity to have fun and grow through sports and we are looking for someone to help express this passion! In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of marketing activities, including social media management, videography, photography, and creative writing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
• Create compelling written content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, press releases, and email campaigns.
• Produce high-quality videos and photographs that effectively highlight our services and tell our story.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, website analytics, and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure our brand remains innovative and relevant.
• Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, both online and offline.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.

Application Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics tracking
• Proficiency in videography and photography, with the ability to use relevant software/tools to edit and enhance visuals
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt writing style for different channels and target audiences
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A creative mindset and a passion for storytelling through various mediums
• Knowledge of the latest marketing trends, techniques, and emerging technologies

Who we are: Dublin Youth Athletics (DYA.com) is a community recreation and travel sports organization providing programs for over 5,500 youth participants in Dublin, Ohio. We offer a variety of programs currently centered around 6 different sports (baseball, softball, lacrosse, volleyball, golf, and basketball). Athletes range from PreK to 12th grade. Most of our athletes reside within the boundaries of the Dublin City School District or within the City of Dublin. DYA is a collaborative effort of parent volunteers (including over 700 parent-volunteer coaches), the City of Dublin's Recreation Services Department and Dublin City Schools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
