Local footwear ecommerce company - Duckfeet USA - looking for full time Customer Service Brand Ambassador to join small two person customer service team. The right person engages and interacts with loyal and enthusiastic customer base in real time with US customers via email, phone, text and social.
Person must be an outgoing problem solver and team player - must also like to be busy, multitask well and be able to work autonomously. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9-5pm and may be expanded during the busy holiday season.
Specific Duties Include -
Answer Phones
Maintain & Answer All Emails
Ownership of Shipping System
Shopify Maintenance
Walk ins/ Curbside Pick up
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
